Notice: 

  • October 10, 2025 - Moss Park: on Thursday October 16, 2025, a hydrovac truck will be on site for a post installation by Metrolinx Construction. The work will start as early as 7 a.m. and is expected to last up to four hours on that day. If you notice an increase in noise during this time, it will likely be due to this work.
  • July 9, 2025 - Heron Park: Technical issues with the floodlights. Splash pad and ball diamond floodlights will be running continuously until breaker repairs are made.
  • July 3, 2025 - Sugar Beach Park: The custom umbrellas at Sugar Beach were damaged in winter 2024/2025 during a severe windstorm. The City of Toronto is aware of this issue and is fully dedicated to finding an effective and durable solution.

  • locked/closed washrooms
  • maintenance of washrooms
  • maintenance of park drinking fountains
  • litter (ground garbage)
  • general parks related issues
  • electrical or lighting issues
  • plumbing issues
  • playground maintenance
  • park fences
  • parks parking lot maintenance ie. painting lines etc.
