If you turn on your taps and have no water, the pipes in your home may be frozen. Likely places for frozen pipes include against exterior walls or where your water service pipe enters your home through the foundation.
If you are unable to thaw your pipes or locate the frozen area, or it is not accessible, you may wish to contact a licensed plumber for advice.
You can call 311 to submit a service request for investigation, Toronto Water staff will come to investigate.
