To report garbage on vacant City properties or graffiti on a City building, call 311 to be connected with the Supervisor of Site Management staff in the Leasing and Site Management unit of Real Estate Services.
- For graffiti vandalism in progress, please call 911.
- To report graffiti on private property, please contact the property manager, superintendent, or owner directly.
- For graffiti that is discriminatory, hate-motivated, or gang-related, also report it to Toronto Police Non-Emergency by calling 416-808-2222 or online at www.tps.ca/services/online-reporting.
