Graffiti - on Bell Canada property - bell boxes

The City of Toronto is not responsible for graffiti or maintenance on utility boxes, including those owned or operated by Bell Canada. These are maintained by private companies, and the City cannot investigate or manage requests related to their upkeep.

For any issues concerning Bell Canada boxes or poles, please contact Bell Canada directly, via telephone or email. When contacting Bell Canada, please be sure to provide the following information:

• Location: Provide the exact address or description of where the graffiti is located.
• Photo (if possible): If safe to do so, take a photo of the graffiti to help Bell Canada quickly assess the situation.
• Description of Issue: Briefly describe the issue.
