Contact 311 to submit a service request for a malfunctioning or knocked down traffic signal or a damaged signal box (traffic controller cabinet).
A traffic signal may be malfunctioning when:
- The light never changes
- The signal does not come on
- The green traffic light comes on but the orange don't walk hand symbol remains on
- The light is flashing
- The light is burned out
Submit a traffic signal maintenance request for these issues.
If there is an issue with a vehicle traffic signal/button such as:
- It is stuck
- The signal timing needs adjustment
- The traffic wait time is too long/short
