To report a maintenance concern or debris on a City of Toronto highway, contact 311 to submit a service request.

If you have a maintenance concern about a provincial Highway or ramp (401, 400, 404, 409, 427 or QEW), contact the Ministry of Transportation.

If you have a maintenance concern about the 407 ETR (including ramps), you must contact their Highway Operations Control Room.
