News Release - August 9, 2024: Get hired: City of Toronto winter jobs heating up with cool opportunities
Types of positions: Parks, Forestry & Recreation offers part-time summer recreation jobs working with children, youth, adults and seniors. You can work in various program areas, including aquatics, arts and culture, camps, community programs, fitness and wellness and sports, and many more, eg. Adapted & Integrated Services.
Jobs are located across the city in community centres, parks, pools and arenas. Not all jobs are available in every district or every season. View the job descriptions and a description of district specific jobs.
Recruitment periods: Every year, we recruit for summer recreation jobs starting in December and for fall/winter and spring recreation jobs in June. While there may not be vacancies, resumes will be kept on file for future consideration as vacancies arise.
