    Landmark multi-billion-dollar partnership: City of Toronto joins with Government of Canada and Province of Ontario in prioritizing housing and transit – City of Toronto 

    Important Notice:

    • March 30, 2026 - As part of Ontario Line construction at Corktown Station, a major concrete pour  is scheduled at the north site in Corktown on Monday, March 30. Crews are expected to arrive as early as 3:00 a.m., with concrete trucks beginning to arrive at approximately 4:00 a.m. The pour and associated work may continue until around 11:00 p.m.

       

    The Ontario Line is a rapid transit line that will connect the Ontario Science Centre to the Exhibition/Ontario Place grounds. It will be approximately 15.5 km in length with 15 stations, including six interchange/intermodal stations, that will connect to the GO train and the TTC services.

    The Ontario Line was announced as part of the 2019 Provincial Budget. The project has been identified as the sole responsibility of Metrolinx in the Getting Ontario Moving Act (Bill 107).
