Contact 311 to submit a service request for the investigation into a reserved lane. Citizens may also submit a petition to their Councillor.
If the investigation determines these are warranted, council approval will be required for implementation.
Note - August 23, 2023:
- Allen Road and Dufferin Street "Diamond" Lanes - The HOV lanes are designed for buses, taxis, private vehicles with 2 or more people, motorcycles and bicycles may also use the lane.
- The HOV lanes operate 24/7 to encourage sustainable modes of transportation, in line with City priorities.
