Report a maintenance or graffiti concern with Rogers equipment

The City of Toronto is not responsible for graffiti or maintenance on utility boxes, including those owned or operated by Rogers. These are maintained by private companies, and the City cannot investigate or manage requests related to their upkeep.

For any issues concerning Rogers Communication boxes or poles, please contact the company directly, via the online portal or by phone.  When contacting Rogers Communications, please be sure to provide the following information:

• Location: Provide the exact address or description of where the graffiti is located.
• Photo (if possible): If safe to do so, take a photo of the graffiti to help Rogers quickly assess the situation.
• Description of Issue: Briefly describe the issue.
