Rogers Stadium is a new outdoor concert venue that opened in summer of 2025 at the former Downsview Airport Lands (YZD) located at 105 Carl Hall Rd. With a capacity of 50,000, it is the largest purpose-built music venue in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), designed to host fans and artists from around the world.

Rogers Stadium is not a City run park. The City of Toronto Parks Enforcement team does not have the authority over the park/stadium, except in cases involving amplified noise.

Noise Exemption 

Noise exemption permits can be requested for events or activities that may be in contravention of the Noise Bylaw, such as special events (e.g. concerts) that involve amplified sound, musical instruments, or loudspeakers.
