The City of Toronto will outline its plan to replace all 470,000 water meter transmission units (MTUs) across the city. The plan will ensure automated transmission of water-use data and accurate billing for customers following the early failure of the devices, a challenge many municipalities across North America are facing. Lou Di Gironimo, General Manager, Toronto Water and John Longarini, Director, Revenue Services, will deliver the update and share what support is available to customers.
