City of Toronto to propose boost to basement flooding subsidies

If approved by the Infrastructure and Environment Committee this month, and Toronto City Council in November, the enhanced program will offer increased financial support, introduce new subsidies and guidance on addressing basement flooding related plumbing issues and extend eligibility timelines, giving homeowners more tools to protect their properties.
