Mayor John Tory will be joined by Parks, Forestry and Recreation General Manager Janie Romoff and Toronto Fire Chief Matthew Pegg to send off City of Toronto Urban Forestry crews departing for Winnipeg.

Location: Emery Yard, 27 Toryork Dr.
Note: Media will have the opportunity to take b-roll footage and photographs of the crews as they prepare to depart.

These crews will be supporting efforts underway during the current Winnipeg and Province of Manitoba states of emergency resulting from unprecedented fall weather events.
