It’s time for Toronto to alley-oop and slam dunk as the Toronto Raptors play their home opener against the Minnesota Timberwolves at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October at Scotiabank Arena. To celebrate, the City of Toronto will host an in-person flag-raising ceremony at City Hall.

Date: Wednesday, October 25
Time: 8:45 a.m.
Location: Courtesy flagpole, Podium Roof, Toronto City Hall, 100 Queen Street W.

The ceremony will include raising the Toronto Raptors flag at City Hall, remarks by Mayor Olivia Chow and special appearances from Raptors General Manager Bobby Webster, alumni Matt Bonner and Jamaal Magloire and the team’s mascot, the Raptor.

Toronto Raptors fans are invited to attend in their favourite team colours and show their support. #WeTheNorth
