As Black History Month comes to a close, Mayor Olivia Chow will join Frank Jones, Chair of the Toronto Fire Services’ Black Staff Network, and Jim Jessop, Fire Chief and General Manager, Toronto Fire Services, for a special open house celebration.

Paramedic Services Chief and General Manager Bikram Chawla and members of Toronto Paramedic Services will also be in attendance as they gather to recognize the invaluable contributions of Black professionals in emergency services and the broader community.
