Mayor Olivia Chow will be joined by City of Toronto staff and community partners to officially launch the Toronto Community Crisis Service (TCCS) as a city-wide service.

The TCCS is the City of Toronto’s newest and fourth emergency response service, providing free, confidential, in-person mental health support from mobile crisis teams to Toronto residents 16 years of age or older 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Launched as a pilot in early 2022, the service provides a model of mental health and addiction crisis response that is community-based, client-centred and trauma-informed. More information on TCCS is available on the City’s website.
