Toronto City Clerk John D. Elvidge has certified the results of the November 4 by-election, declaring Rachel Chernos Lin as the elected Councillor in Ward 15, Don Valley West.
A total of 23,576 ballots were cast in this by-election.

Poll-by-poll results are also available showing the number of votes cast during advance voting, by mail and at each voting place on election day.
