Today, City Manager Paul Johnson will present the results of the City of Toronto’s “Listening to Toronto” public opinion survey to the Service Excellence Committee, with a media availability to follow.

The survey was conducted by Ipsos from August 28 to September 18 and gathered feedback from Toronto residents on their satisfaction with City services and quality of life. Key topics include parks, transportation, social services, cleanliness and public safety.
