Toronto Paramedic Services (TPS) Deputy Chief Jennifer Shield will be joined by paramedics John Flengas and Mike Street as well as TCEU Local 416 President Eddie Mariconda to deliver two ambulances full of craft supplies and electronic equipment to Camp Ooch. The supplies were collected by Toronto Paramedic Services employees and through a large cash donation from TCEU Local 416.

Photo opportunity: Ambulance will arrive at 11:30 a.m. and craft supplies will be unloaded. Paramedics and Local 416 representative will be available for interviews.

This is the third annual craft supply fundraiser hosted by TPS employees with TCEU Local 416. This year more than $10,000 in donations will be delivered for use at two locations, in Toronto and Muskoka. A total of $20,000 in gifts have been given to Camp Ooch over the last three years from TPS and TCEU Local 416.
