MyToronto Pay

MyToronto Pay is a new service from the City of Toronto in collaboration with our trusted partner PayIt. Using MyToronto Pay, property tax and utility bill payments can be made by electronic funds transfer with no convenience fee, or by credit card or debit card with convenience fees charged by industry. Unlike paying through your financial institution, MyToronto Pay provides additional features to manage your bills more easily and effectively.

Pay Through Your Bank or Financial Institution

Step 1. Locate Account Information

For property tax payments you will need your property tax roll number and for utility bill payments you will need your account number and client number.

Step 2. Set up the City of Toronto as a Payee

To make a payment to your tax or utility account through online banking you must set up the City of Toronto as a payee. If you need assistance contact your bank or financial institution directly. For your convenience, the following banking websites and payee listing are provided below:
