If you received a mailed notice asking you to submit an actual reading of your water meter, you can do so in the Utility Account Lookup.


Note: Some water meter transmission units (MTUs) are not sending customers’ water consumption information to the City as intended. Until this is resolved, the City is sending estimated bills to affected customers. Estimated water meter readings are based on a customer’s historical usage data. Customers will be notified on their utility bill if their water meter reading is an estimate. If you have questions, please call 311.
