The MyToronto Pay platform will be deactivated June 2, 2025. If you would like to maintain pre-authorized utility payments, you must follow the steps below to enrol. If you’re already enrolled in the City’s pre-authorized program, or have pre-authorized payments through your bank — no action is needed.

Note: Some water meter transmitter units (MTUs) are not sending customers’ water consumption information to the City as intended. Until this is resolved, the City is sending estimated bills to affected customers. Estimated water meter readings are based on a customer’s historical usage data. Customers will be notified on their utility bill if their water meter reading is an estimate. No action is required from customers at this time. If you have questions, please call 311.
