New property owners will receive a utility bill once ownership information has been updated. This bill will include a client number which will allow access to account and online services through the Lookup tools.


Note: Some water meter transmitter units (MTUs) are not sending customers’ water consumption information to the City as intended. Until this is resolved, the City is sending estimated bills to affected customers. Estimated water meter readings are based on a customer’s historical usage data. Customers will be notified on their utility bill if their water meter reading is an estimate. No action is required from customers at this time. If you have questions, please call 311.
