311 Toronto offers many types of self-service requests through an easy-to-use online form system. The table below lists the service standard for each of these online service requests, along with the City division that performs the service and the topic of the service request. You can sort the table by clicking a column heading.

* If the call received before 2 p.m. on collection day, item picked up same day. If call received after 2 p.m. on collection day, item picked up next business day. The three day service standard includes administrative time to close the service request in the system.
