By working together on community gardens, murals, community clean-ups and graffiti removal we encourage citizens, particularly young people, to develop practical skills, leadership and civic responsibility.

Graffiti Management Plan
Transportation Services, Public Realm Section, has developed a City-wide strategy regarding graffiti management and enforcement. This strategy will result in a more efficient and coordinated approach to the existing programs currently being applied in several City departments, agencies, boards and commissions, and private corporations.
