A by-election to fill the vacancy for Councillor Ward 25, Scarborough-Rouge Park is scheduled for Monday, September 29 (election day), with voting places open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Advance voting is September 20 and 21, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

To meet voting place staffing needs, election officials who previously worked in Ward 25 were contacted and asked to work in the same position on September 29. Toronto Elections is not accepting new applications to work the Ward 25, Scarborough-Rouge Park by-election.
