Industrial, commercial, institutional and substantial residential properties are listed with one of the brokers selected from the Roster of Brokers, established in 2012 and valid for a period of 3 years.
“Ordinary” residential and miscellaneous vacant or small parcels are usually listed with a qualified broker from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) district in which the property is located, selected on a lottery basis.
