The Development Pipeline Dashboard is an interactive tool that summarises development activity trends and is used to monitor Official Plan land use planning policy. The data displayed below captures projects with development activity in a moving five–year window. The Dashboard is updated regularly.
The residential activity published in the Development Pipeline is different from the residential unit counts reported in the City of Toronto’s Housing Data Hub which tracks residential units from January 1, 2022 onwards towards the Municipal Housing Target in 2031. As a result, development activity is presented differently in the two dashboards.
