A by-election to fill the vacancy of Councillor for Ward 20, Scarborough Southwest is scheduled for Thursday, November 30, 2023. Voters will also have the opportunity to vote by mail or during advance vote on November 25 and 26. Nominations can now be filed to become a candidate, and close at 2 p.m. on Monday, October 16.
