The official results for the 2021 By-election for Councillor Ward 22 Scarborough-Agincourt will be posted once the City Clerk has declared the results as final.

The Friday, January 15, By-election for Councillor Ward 22 Scarborough-Agincourt will proceed as planned from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. with the implementation of a range of health and safety measures developed in consultation with Toronto Public Health. Read more.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the City Clerk has declared an emergency under Section 53 of the Municipal Elections Act, 1996. The emergency requires new arrangements for candidates, scrutineers and electors when attending a voting place. The City Clerk is confident that the voting place health and safety measures will keep everyone safe on election day.
