The deadline to claim a rebate for the 2025 Councillor Ward 25, Scarborough Rouge-Park By-election is November 13, 2026.
You can now claim your rebate online using the information on the Contribution Rebate Receipt and Application form(s) provided to you by the participating candidate(s) to whom you contributed. If you have not yet received this receipt, contact the candidate directly.
If you have more than one Contribution Rebate Receipt and Application form, you will need to submit a separate online claim for each receipt. The deadline to claim a rebate for the 2025 Councillor Ward 25, Scarborough-Rouge Park by-election is 4:30 p.m., November 13, 2026.
Rebate payments will be mailed to contributors in early 2027, except in cases where a compliance audit or court proceeding is in progress against a candidate, or the candidate did not fulfil the requirements of the Municipal Code Section 53-3.
Contributors must claim their own rebates; candidates cannot do so on their behalf.
The information submitted on this form is for the purpose of administering the City of Toronto’s contribution rebate program.

The City Clerk collects personal information on this form under the legal authority of the Municipal Elections Act, 1996 (the “MEA”), sections 12, 88.11; and the Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 53, Elections, Article I, section 53-3. The information will be used to administer the Contribution Rebate Program. As stated in the MEA, section 88(5), your information will be filed with the City Clerk as a public record and will be available for inspection by any person at the City Clerk’s Office at a time when the office is open. In addition, pursuant to section 88.9.1 of the MEA, your name, postal code and campaign contribution amount may be published on the City’s website as part of a candidate’s Financial Statement – Auditor Report – Form 4.
