You can now claim your rebate online using the information on the Contribution Rebate Receipt and Application form(s) provided to you by the participating candidate(s) to whom you contributed. If you have not yet received this receipt, contact the candidate directly.
If you have more than one Contribution Rebate Receipt and Application form, you will need to submit a separate online claim for each receipt. The deadline to claim a rebate for the 2022 Municipal Election is December 29, 2023.
Rebate payments will be mailed to contributors beginning in early 2024, except in cases where a compliance audit or court proceeding is in progress against a candidate, or the candidate did not fulfil the requirements of the Municipal Code Section 53-3.
Contributors must claim their own rebates; candidates cannot do so on their behalf.
