The draft Final Don Mills Crossing Secondary Plan was presented at a Public Open House on January 30, 2019. The Open House Boards are available for review. The commenting period on the Draft Final Don Mills Secondary Plan is now closed, thank you to those who provided feedback.

 

The Final Don Mills Crossing Secondary Plan will be available on March 15 on this website.  Reference copies will be made available on that date at Metro Hall, 55 John Street 22nd Floor and at Toronto Building: Planning Enquiries, North York Civic Centre 5100 Yonge Street, 1st Floor. In accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act, a statutory public meeting for the Final Don Mills Crossing Secondary Plan will be held on April 4th, 2019 at Planning and Housing Committee, 100 Queen Street West, 2nd Floor City Hall.

 

Don Mills Crossing is an initiative led by the City that will examine ways to focus and shape anticipated growth around the intersection of Don Mills Road and Eglinton Avenue East anchored by the transit infrastructure being constructed as part of the Crosstown LRT.
