The City of Toronto is undertaking a focused review of the Scarborough Centre Secondary Plan, which was approved by Council in 2005. The intent of this study is to update and further articulate the secondary plan by clarifying and updating the vision, planning framework and policies of the plan, while also recognizing the significant investment in civic infrastructure with new station entrances and a new bus terminal associated with the Scarborough Subway Extension. The study will guide and support positive change and placemaking over the coming decades and support the development of Scarborough Centre as a vibrant urban node.
