Property owners can have no more than two garage sales each year.
- One garage sale may last up to two consecutive days.
- Garage sales are only permitted in residential areas.
- Most items for sale must be your own used belongings. You cannot sell items you bought to resell or items owned by someone else.
A permit or licence is not required to hold a garage sale or put up a sign.
