At its meeting to be held on October 2, 3 and 4, 2017, the Council of the City of Toronto proposes to pass a by-law to permanently close a portion of Eglinton Avenue West abutting the south limit of 2322 Eglinton Avenue West, designated as PART 1 on Plan 66R-29471, City of Toronto.
City Council (CC27.6) authorized the closure of, and exempted from the requirements of Chapter 162 of the Toronto Municipal Code, any public highways required to implement Transit Projects.
The said portion of the public lane is required for Transit Projects.
This notice shall constitute notice to the public of the proposed closure in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment for Schedule “A+” activities.
