Declaration of Multiple Surplus Properties
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the City of Toronto’s real estate disposal by-law, the following properties were declared surplus:
1. On February 1, 2018, the public lane extending between Blackbush Drive and Netherly Drive, legally described as PCL PLAN-1, SEC M1040 Public Lane, Plan M1040 Etobicoke, shown as Parts 1 to 4 on Sketch No. PS-2017-002, conditional upon City Council approving the permanent closure of the Public Lane and subject to all required easements. The public lane has a total area of approximately 201.0 m² (2163.55 ft²). The City proposes to invite an offer to purchase the Public Lane from the adjacent owners at 31 and 33 Blackbush Drive and 23 and 30 Netherly Drive.
2. On February 1, 2018, a reserve strip located at north limit of Lot 710 on Plan 1442, also shown as Part 1 on Sketch No. PS-2017-060. The strip has a total area of approximately10 m² (107.64 ft²). The City proposes to invite an offer to purchase the property from the owner of 96 Dynevor Road.
