Online Services

Online Services is a secure portal where early learning and child care providers can conduct business with the City. Through Online Services, providers can:

• Update agency contact information and registry details
• Record centre-based and home child care attendance for fee subsidy
• Submit requests for Every Child Belongs services
• Complete required financial reporting and other submissions

Accessing Online Services

Early learning and child care providers with a Service Agreement with Toronto Children’s Services receive instructions on how to access and use Online Services.
