8-week hybrid program that provides skills in Hospitality and Culinary Arts. This program combines technical skills training, career planning and opportunities, along with practical on-site job training and some industry certifications. Participants will receive online training from George Brown College’s Centre for Hospitality & Culinary Arts and hands-on kitchen training with Dixon Hall’s Chef Instructor.
