Starting February 9, preview Spring Recreation activities online or check the map to find out if you're eligible for early local registration. Early spring recreation registration starts on February 24, at 7 a.m. for all ages.

Residents living near 24 free centres may be able to register early, one week ahead of the general registration start dates. Early local registration uses data to create zones based on population, physical access, and social factors to make participating in recreation programs easier for residents.

Early local registration is being evaluated on an ongoing basis.

Meet your local centre staff and check if you are eligible for early registration. Staff will also share information on how to prepare for registration and Welcome Policy recreation subsidy to help with the cost of paid programs at other centres.
