New Releases:

The Toronto Community Crisis Service (TCCS) is a non-police response to mental health crisis calls and wellness checks for Toronto residents and it is a community-led service that dispatches trained, multidisciplinary teams of crisis workers to respond to people experiencing a mental health crisis. The service is free, confidential and provides follow-up care for those who want it.

The mobile service offers face-to-face or on the phone support to meet your needs in your situation. Supports can include food, clothing, harm-reduction supplies, referral to shelter beds, transport to hospital and more.

The TCCS is citywide and is available 24/7, 365 days a year. If you need support with a mental health crisis or know someone who does, you can access the Toronto Community Crisis Service (TCCS) citywide by calling 211 (TTY 1-888-340-1001), 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The 211 has language services available and can dial in an interpreter to translate.

Phone supports through 211 are offered in more than 150 languages.
