If you wish to report individuals who are holders of City of Toronto issued street parking permits, and are not complying with street parking permit regulations, please contact 311 to submit a service request for an investigation.
A detailed description of the issue, description of the car (make & model) and/or licence plate number, must be provided when you submit this service request.
Note: Permits - Accessible Parking Permits - parking exemptions and holder responsibilities are not issued by the City of Toronto.

Alternate side street parking permits, there is a council approved grace period - allows vehicles to be moved to the opposite side of the street as early as 9:00 p.m. the night before the scheduled changeover day or as late as 9:00 a.m. on the day itself (in most cases). Tickets issued between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on the switch-over days may be eligible for cancellation.
