Claim types:

  • Pothole claims
  • Flood claims
  • Fallen trees and branches damage claims
  • Other Claims (Injury or damage to property by the City. Including damage incurred by a City vehicle).

Claims submissions can be submitted by Claim Submission Web Form., by mail or courier. Only send your claim once. All claims are acknowledged by both the City and the insurance adjusters. Your submission will be forwarded to the City of Toronto's insurance adjuster, ClaimsPro, for evaluation. 

If you've received a 311 Service Request Number regarding your claim, please note that this is not your claim number. A Claim Number is assigned once the Claim Web Submission form is completed.
