City of Toronto does not provide general zoning information over the phone. This service change is in accordance with service levels endorsed through the Core Service Review and the 2012 Budget Process.
Customers may attend in person, at the appropriate district's Customer Service Counter, in order to receive general zoning information.
If you want Toronto Building to review your proposal to ensure compliance with the Zoning Bylaw, you can apply for a Zoning Review online or at any one of the Toronto Building customer service counters.
