, the City of Toronto is temporarily shifting non-essential in-person counter services at City Hall and the Civic Centres to remote channels.
Due to the changes in City services beginning January 4, appointments for in-person zoning information are no longer available, and in-person services will not be provided at our Customer Service Counter located at City Hall.
