Open daily from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. (a rink guard is always on duty).

City Hall Cafe on the Square (main floor of City Hall) is open daily until 2pm M-F.
Tim Hortons operates on the corner of Bay and Queen (off site)

Rink permits
Nathan Phillips Square (NPS) is a major tourist attraction, therefore no permits are issued for the use of this rink. If you have a large group that wishes to use the rink, and you would like to find out what times are less busy, please contact 311, and you will be connected with a Community Recreation staff member who can make suggestions for your group.
