- Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Note: Beginning January 1, 2026, the City will no longer be collecting recycling (Blue Bin) from eligible sources which include residential locations, eligible multi-residential buildings, schools, long-term care facilities and retirement homes.

Recycling questions for these sources should be directed to the recycling program administrator, Circular Materials.
These bins must be purchased, visit the City of Toronto
website to obtain a bin order form or contact 311 to submit a service request for mail-out of an application.
Note: The City of Toronto does not sell Front-End Loaded (FEL) containers.
