Councillor Jennifer McKelvie (Scarborough-Rouge Park), Chair of Infrastructure and Environment Committee, will be joined by Parliamentary Secretary Julie Dabrusin on behalf of the Honourable Jonathan Wilkinson, Minister of Natural Resources and Taneen Rudyk, President of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities to announce funding that will support an enhanced Home Energy Loan Program and incentives for home energy retrofits.
