The City of Toronto has been named one of Greater Toronto’s Top Employers for 2023 for offering an exceptional place to work. This is the ninth time the City has won this award.

Organized by MediaCorp Canada Inc., the 17th annual Greater Toronto’s Top Employers competition recognizes employers with exceptional human resources programs and forward-thinking workplace policies. Employers were evaluated on eight criteria: physical workplace; work atmosphere and social; health, financial and family benefits; vacation and time-off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.
