Tomorrow, the City of Toronto will provide an update on its 2023/24 Winter Services Plan for people experiencing homelessness. Gord Tanner, General Manager, Shelter, Support and Housing Administration and Councillor Alejandra Bravo (Davenport), Chair of the Economic and Community Development Committee, will provide the details.

Every year, the City prepares its Winter Services Plan that outlines the measures it will take to support people experiencing homelessness during the winter season (November 15 to April 15).
