Deputy Mayor McKelvie and Barbara Gray, General Manager of Transportation Services, will be joined by staff from Transportation Services and Toronto Water to provide an update on the City of Toronto’s plan for snow and ice clearing on roads, sidewalks and bikeways this winter. Information about the City’s response to watermain breaks and how to prevent frozen pipes in homes will also be provided.
