The boys of summer are back in town and Toronto Blue Jays fans can’t wait for the opening pitch.

Mayor Olivia Chow, along with Blue Jays mascot, Ace, will celebrate the return of the Blue Jays with a special flag-raising ceremony on Monday, April 8 at 9:30 a.m. at Toronto City Hall.

The Blue Jays will take on the Seattle Mariners in their 2024 Home Opener on Monday, April 8, beginning a nine-game homestand. This year’s Home Opener is an exciting time for fans with the unveiling of the second phase of renovations at the Rogers Centre. Local baseball fans are invited to don a Blue Jays jersey and show their support in person. #TOTHECORE
